GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
These General Conditions of Sale exclusively regulate the offer, forwarding and acceptance of purchase orders for products on the e-commerce site www.mini.mo.it between the Seller, Sabrina Camerlengo, and the Customer, or the natural person who buys one or more products not related to his own commercial, entrepreneurial, craft or professional activity. 136bad5cf58d_
Method of Stipulation of the Contract

The contract between the Seller and the Customer is concluded through the e-commerce site www.mini.mo.it, following the procedures indicated, by completing the request form correctly and by consenting to the purchase expressed by joining sent online, fully accepting these general conditions of sale and after having read the summary containing the details of the purchaser and those of the order, the requested price, shipping costs, payment methods, delivery address and right of withdrawal.
The Seller reserves the right not to proceed with orders from parties other than the Customer, or incomplete and incorrect, as well as with orders that do not comply with its commercial policy. In the event of unavailability of the chosen product, the Seller will inform the Customer via e-mail that the contract has not been concluded and refund any payment already made, without being required to pay further compensation.
Product prices may be subject to updates. The Customer is required to check the final sale price before submitting the relevant order form.
The contract is concluded when the Seller receives, electronically, the order form and payment .
This order form will be filed in the Seller's database for the period of time necessary to process the orders and in any case in accordance with the law.
Once the contract is concluded and payment has been received, the Seller will process the purchase order, informing the Customer and proceeding with the shipment to the address indicated in the order form.
If the Customer commits errors, omissions or inaccuracies in completing the order form such as to compromise the exact identification of the ordered product, its realization or such as to prevent regular safe shipping, and should not respond to the e-mail communications of the Seller, after 14 days from the first e-mail request sent, the Seller reserves the right to cancel the order without following it.
Each product on the website www.mini.mo.it is represented and described with images and an informative technical sheet, which however may not be perfectly representative of the characteristics of the product, especially as regards the color, which may differ depending on the instrument. technology used to display photos.
Terms of payment

Payments by the Customer can be made with one of the following methods:
major credit / debit cards or via Paypal. In the case of a credit / debit card, the Seller will ship the products only after receiving the payment authorization. Otherwise the order will not be considered valid and will be canceled.
Right of Withdrawal and Refunds
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without the need to give particular reasons and without penalty within 14 working days from receipt of the products.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify the Seller by e-mail to the address: info@mini.mo.it and re-send the product intact and complete with all its parts, certificate of authenticity and packaging at his own expense. in Sabrina Camerlengo, via Paradiso 7 - 37129 Verona (VR) Italy.
Shipping is charged to the customer as the responsibility of the intact arrival of the product.
If the product arrives damaged due to the responsibility of the transport carrier, the Seller will immediately notify the Customer to allow him to file a complaint against the carrier and allow him to obtain the relative refund.
Once the integrity of the returned product has been ascertained, the Seller will refund the amount paid by way of purchase according to the methods used for payment, within 14 days of withdrawal, unless otherwise agreed between the seller and the buyer.

The Seller reserves the right to change the prices of the products indicated on the site at any time.
Product prices include taxes and do not include shipping costs. The shipping costs are automatically displayed at the moment before the purchase order is sent by the Customer who can confirm or cancel the order.
Times, Acceptance and Delivery Methods

The Seller undertakes to do everything in its power in order to comply with the delivery times indicated on the site and, in any case, to carry out the delivery within a maximum time of 10 (ten) days starting from the day following that on which the Customer has sent the order .
If the purchase concerns products that have yet to be made on request, the production times will vary according to the chosen materials and the size of the work. As soon as the order is ready, the Seller will notify the Customer.
In case of non-execution of the order by the Seller, due to the unavailability of the materials or for reasons beyond the control of the Seller, written notice will be provided to the Customer, who may withdraw from the contract and obtain a refund of the amount already paid or proceed with a new order to replace the first one of equal value.
The shipment of the Products ordered by the Customer will take place according to the methods indicated in the "Shipping" paragraph.
The Customer undertakes to promptly check and as soon as possible that the delivery includes all and only the products purchased and to promptly inform the Seller of any defect in the products received or of their discrepancy with the order placed, otherwise, the products they will be considered accepted.

Shipping
The delivery of the product (s) will take place by the carrier that the Seller deems most suitable for the circumstance.
Shipments to Italy are expected within 3-5 days. working.
Shipments to the following European countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, are expected within 5-7 working days .

Each shipment contains:
- the product (s) ordered;
- invoice receipt;
- certificate of authenticity of the work.
The Seller is not in any case responsible for any disservices, delays, omissions in deliveries attributable to cases of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances. The Seller is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit .
The Customer is aware that cross-border product deliveries may be subject to inspection by customs activities and that the burden of any customs taxes is borne by the buyer. The Customer is invited to inquire with the competent bodies of their country of residence or destination of the products, in order to obtain information on any duties or taxes applied in their country of residence or destination of the products. The Customer declares that the lack of knowledge of costs, charges, duties, taxes and / or duties that a given country should apply, for any reason whatsoever, to the ordered products cannot constitute grounds for termination of this contract and that it cannot in any way charge the aforementioned charges to the Seller.
Upon receipt of the package or parcels by the Customer, it is in any case necessary to verify that:
- the package is intact;
- the package is not wet or damp;
- the package complies with the characteristics considered standard for a package.
Should the packaging or wrapping of the products ordered by the Customer reach their destination clearly damaged, the Customer is invited to refuse delivery by the carrier / forwarder or to accept delivery only "with specific reservation".

In the event of disputes, the Customer is informed of the possibility of resorting to the out-of-court dispute resolution procedures, referred to in part V, title II-bis, of the Consumer Code, before the mediation bodies in consumer matters pursuant to Legislative Decree no. lgs. 4 February 2010 n. 28 and to the other ADR bodies (i.e. Alternative Dispute Resolution, therefore alternative dispute resolution to judicial or otherwise contentious disputes) indicated therein.
